reclaimer^® is the market leading software that enables banks to offer a state-of-the-art withholding tax reclaim and relief service to their customers. Banks using the Temenos Banking Software can now easily and efficiently make use of reclaimer’s cutting-edge functionalities and thereby increase the after-tax return of their client’s investment portfolios.

With reclaimer^® banks can reduce the withholding tax burden on investment income that clients receive from shares/depositary receipts, bonds, investment fund units, or from any other financial instruments, and is user-friendly, secure, and compliant to all relevant rules. The complex tax-rules and business-logic, that are relevant to get the relief, are fully embedded in reclaimer^® and updated on an ongoing basis.

Standardized interface for Temenos Banking Software

reclaimer^® is now on the Temenos Exchange platform and a new standardized bi-directional interface to Temenos Banking Software allows Temenos banks to efficiently connect reclaimer^® with the Temenos Banking System. reclaimer^® automatically receives the necessary data from the Temenos Banking system through an application programming interface (API). During the import, reclaimer^® validates, calculates, and combines the data to have a readiness to proceed, whilst being compliant to all rules, securing economic efficiency, and using deadline-monitoring to avoid any operational risks.
